The fundamentals of movement underpin success in ANY sport. Whether you are a rugby coach, football or tennis coach, FUNdamental Movement Patterns is a MUST. The course focuses on gross motor skills (ie running, jumping, skipping, bounding, hopping and throwing) and examines the correct technique of each skill, highlighting common errors and teaching methods of identifying and improving poor performance.
